Open your chapter in Claude Code (we'll have set this up with you during onboarding). You'll just talk to it in plain English.
Tell it about your event
Two ways — pick whichever matches where you are:
A · Already published on Luma? (Most organizers do this first — we recommend it; Luma handles RSVPs.) Then this step is one sentence: paste the link.
“Add my Luma event to the site: luma.com/abc123.”
Your assistant pulls the title, date, time and event graphic straight from the Luma page. Give the venue line and summary a quick once-over — Luma sometimes hides the exact address until people register.
B · No Luma event yet? Just tell it the details. Only a title and date are needed — venue, RSVP link, and a banner are nice-to-haves.
“Add an upcoming event to my events list: Vibe Coding 101 with Claude Code, on July 18 at 6:30pm, at The Hive, Causeway Bay. RSVP link is luma.com/our-event. Use events/vibe-101.jpg as the banner.”
No date or venue locked yet? Just say “mark the date and venue as TBD.” It'll show a clean “Date & venue — TBD” card.
Preview it
Ask your assistant to start the preview (or run ./dev.sh). You'll see your event as a banner card on your homepage. Tweak the wording until you like it.
Publish
Tell it to publish (it'll “push” the change). Your event is live on your subdomain, worldwide, in a couple of minutes.
app.lunatechs.social as an organizer/leader of your chapter, you'll see your drafts on your live site behind a “Show unpublished” toggle. When it's ready, just say “publish the … event.”
